What areas do you serve?

We serve Hamilton, the GTA, the GTHA and surrounding areas. Please note that pickup is at our studio on Hamilton Mountain.

How far in advance do I need to reserve furniture/decor?

For a full lounge set up, we recommend booking 3 months in advance if possible. We do our best to accomodate short notice requests.

Is a deposit required to reserve items?

We require a 25% deposit on your full rental price to secure your date.

What if furniture gets damaged during the rental?

To prevent damage during transport we have partnered with A-Z moving company to provide the best delivery possible.

We ask that you take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to our furniture. To cover potential spills and scuffs, we take a small refundable damage deposit. Upon receiving your items back in good condition, your damage deposit is returned to you within 2 business days of your event.

When is the total amount due?

Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event. This allows us to prepare your pieces with care and ensure everything is ready to bring your vision to life.

what about delivery?

We offer pickup at our studio on Hamilton Mountain and deliver to the immediate area.

For larger orders and deliveries outside of Hamilton Mountain, we have partnered with our friends at A-Z Moving Company. They provide insured professional delivery service at a preferred rate to our clients.
